About Chabad's Gan Yeladim Play Group

One of Chabad of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular programs is Gan Yeladim, a dynamic daily preschool program for children ages 1-4. With a dedicated staff led by Rebbetzin Devorah Halperin, Gan Yeladim is much more than a place for children to play; instead, it is a comprehensive program focused on encouraging each child's innate inquisitiveness and thirst for knowledge.

We provide a safe, holistic place that encourages the physical, intellectual, and emotional growth of each child. Through multiple stations throughout the classroom (library, dress up, science, touch), the children are encouraged to use their senses to explore, experiment, and use their imaginations to the fullest. In addition, our multi sensory set up allows for children of different learning modalities to thrive and grow.

Goals
The goals of Gan Yeladim are to encourage children to make choices with respect for themselves, others, and their surroundings; to help develop each child's self esteem, self-efficacy, and belief in him/her self; to nourish the child’s heart and mind as we develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills, so that the child will be a well-rounded person capable of solving problems and adapting to new situations; and to educate each child in a creative, supportive, and warm Jewish environment, so that they will not only learn about life as a Jew, but will learn to love it too!
What Parents Are Saying
Thank you for providing such extraordinary care. The only bad part of Gan Yeladim is that the kids never want to leave!

Classes run Monday through Friday 9am – 1pm with before and after care available. Class sizes are limited. For any questions or registration information, please contact Devorah Halperin at 610-351-6511.
